5-Year Warranty on Custom Computers
We are committed to providing our customers with peace of mind through a comprehensive and extended warranty period for our custom computers. We rigorously stress test all of our systems for a minimum of 24 hours to identify any potential hardware faults, ensuring that you receive a top-quality product. While hardware issues are unlikely to arise, we understand that components can sometimes fail over time. To alleviate the burden of costly repairs and diagnoses, CREATE PCs eliminates the labour cost and we strive to keep costs as low as possible even outside of the warranty period.

The table below will give you all of the warranty features, we include 5 years of complimentary labour on both plans, but extend the components & hardware on our premium plan.

Upgrades / Can I Upgrade Myself?
Our upgrade service offers you an excellent additional benefit, as it includes free labour for all major hardware upgrades within the first 5 years. To take advantage of this service, simply inform us about the component you wish to upgrade or add to your system, which we built for you. After confirming compatibility, we will create an order for the component. Once it arrives, we will contact you to schedule the upgrade. While you will be responsible for the delivery costs, we aim to keep these costs as low as possible, typically around £18 each way and pass on our savings to you.
After the installation of the new hardware, we will conduct a thorough 24-hour test to ensure the smooth functioning of your system. Once the testing is complete, we will return your PC to you as soon as possible. Typically, the entire upgrade process takes approximately two working days. Before sending your PC to us, we recommend that you check with us to ensure that the new component is in stock.
Can I upgrade myself?
Yes, you can certainly upgrade your system on your own. We want you to enjoy the process of building and upgrading your PC as it can be a fun and educational experience. Please note that your warranty will not be affected if you decide to upgrade your system on your own. However, we recommend that you contact us first with your upgrade plans so that we can ensure compatibility and provide any necessary guidance. When installing the upgrade, please take proper precautions such as using anti-static matting and wristbands to avoid any damage to the components.
