I ordered a high end gaming PC from CreatePCs and previously building all my own PC's in the past, right from the start the communication and personal touch was excellent, I prefer to deal with a smaller company rather than a big faceless one, and CreatePCs certainly goes the extra mile, checking to see if I wanted a colour cooler and graphics card to match my case and doing this at no extra cost, a truly professional, personal and enjoyable experience, the PC arrived quickly and was packed to prevent damage well in excess of what I thought, with neatness of cables and the final build was exceptional. Overall a thoroughly outstanding experience and would highly recommend.

I think this review will be especially helpful for people who, like me, are not PC-hardware experts but work with high-end technology (data science, machine learning, etc.) and often feel unsure about what to buy or whether certain components are a good investment. They presented several configuration options, were fully transparent about pricing, and provided multiple quotes based on different budget allocations. Matt was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and assisted me in building my top of the range PC, they also were able to source components that the other main PC builders (Scan, Overclockers, PC Specialist, Cyberpower, Newegg) could not get for me. He also made suggestions that helped keep the cost down while keeping the performance high. The PC was stress tested and photos were sent throughout before sending via next day delivery. It took just over a week from message to PC delivery! Highly recommended and will be using them again.

Being involved in 3D CAD and visualization we needed in a hurry 3 powerful PC’s which our usual supplier Dell simply did not offer at a affordable price or realistic timescale. We made contact with Matt at Create and within 10 days we had all 3 machines and we are absolutely delighted with them. We will be back for more in the future and would strongly recommend anyone needing a bespoke PC makes Create their first port of call.

Create PCs Ltd have made for me a bespoke highly powerful tower PC running Windows 11, and provided excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone seeking a bespoke machine. Having a new expensive computer specified, built, tested and delivered is a significant investment in money and stress, so it is essential to have confidence in the people providing this. I have found Mr Matt Woods, owner-director of CreatePCs, to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and thorough. The lady Beth on the telephone has also been attentive and responded well when Matt was not in the office. I first approached the company about 18 months ago. I wanted the PC for rendering CGI images and video (not gaming) and knew roughly what components would be needed. Matt listened, showed he understood and made suggestions for specific components. For personal reasons I did not go ahead with the order at the time, yet Matt was understanding of my position and did not press me – no sales hassle. I returned to the project about 5 weeks ago, and in telephone and e-mail conversation with Matt revised the previous spec to the latest components including the NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPU. The company wanted full payment up front, and I paid on credit card to gain some protection. There was a problem with their card payment secure web-site which I hope they have since fixed. Credit card payment being made, the PC was built within about 16 days. They have a system of giving e-mail updates as the construction process moves from station to station – components ordered, assembly, test, packing. This was reassuring. On a couple of occasions I wanted clarification on some point, and Matt always replied within a day by phone or e-mail. The computer was delivered by courier exactly at the time they notified. It was very well packaged. It worked as soon a plugged in (as expected). I use Blender and DAZ Studio for modelling and rendering. At first neither would recognise the RTX 5090 and I could not tell whether this was a hardware, driver or software problem. I spoke to Beth and Matt about it, and they replied with helpful suggestions. In the end these turned out to be a software issues within the particular versions of Blender and Daz and not with the GPU or its drivers. Since ironing that out, the machine performs extremely well. Overall, I have had the sort of purchasing experience you would wish for. I am currently half way through my 30 day period for returns,, and so far all is going well. If I have any reservation, it is that (as with so many small companies) so much depends on Matt Woods himself. Rating: 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Create PCs. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish and the PC is a beast of a machine! Create Pcs are my go to Pc builders. I had 7 builds go through them and they have all been flawless. A lot of other sites only give you a dropdown to choose from and that means you aren't getting exactly what you want. One call with create pcs left me feeling I was in great hands and getting exactly what I want. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team enough!

My old gaming pc was struggling with the new games of today and to try and upgrade it meant replacing the motherboard, cpu etc so I decided to replace it. After looking at 5 custom pc building websites I picked Create pc because of all the helpful information and ease while I planned my dream gaming pc. From ordering to delivery I was kept informed every step of the way and received photos of all the components as the were installed. I am over the moon with my new pc and with Create pcs service and would highly recommend them.

Service and guidance was superb and they were very informative and help configure the pc to fit my desired purpose. Had a problem when it arrived where a component was not working properly which gave me a bit of a headache for a little bit. However, they got it sorted free of charge and swiftly, keeping me updated throughout the process, Altogether, I believe their service is 5/5 but just from my annoying experience with the component, I’m rating them slightly lower.

I’d been looking to buy a custom build PC for a while and eventually chose Create PCs. I’m really glad I did - I’m very happy with how the build turned out, and the level of customer service throughout the build process was excellent. I was given clear and helpful advice on choice of components at the outset (particularly helpful given my fairly limited knowledge), building and testing was very quick, and someone even personally drove the PC down to deliver it to me on a Friday evening when I had emailed to say that I wouldn’t be at home over the weekend when it was scheduled to be delivered by courier. Throughout the process, the team provided regular updates on progress and were very responsive to questions and queries by email.

Had the pc nearly a year now and had one slight problem (not their fault) that was easily solved, the support are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. Can't recommend them enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Create PCs. I had numerous email conversations with Matt over getting the right spec for a PC with which to play Microsoft Flight Sim. Matt’s advice was spot on! The build was done quickly and delivered personally by the team (I live fairly close by). Excellent communication and information by the team. Ordered this ten days before Christmas for my Son. Thought It was unlikely to happen so close to the big day. I ended up speaking with the owner of the business, went through my build list and he was able to give additional recommendations and clear advice over the phone which made it so easy. I was confident and assured that the parts could be sourced and the build completed and bench tested over 24hrs prior to delivery before Christmas. It was delivered as promised on the morning of Christmas Eve. The build has been carefully and tidily put together I cannot fault how well it’s been done. It’s not a cheap build, it’s a white gaming case with white ARGB components and white cabling. It looks stunning and was professionally packaged with all component boxes included separately with the build. It runs whisper quiet. I would definitely recommend createpcs.co.uk.

Great build quality , fast delivery

A new computer is a significant expense, with complex considerations. I have been more than happy with my experience with Create PCs. I contacted Create to discuss my options, talking through my ambitions, use cases, preferences, and budget. At the end of it we had scoped out a build that I was confident met my needs, for a fair price. During the build process I was emailed photos of the progress, which I very much appreciated. A little over a week later (including a short delay as one component proved faulty during their testing so they swapped it out for a new one), I was in receipt of my new pc. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely. So far the computer is everything I hoped it would be. It runs well - cool and whisper quiet. Overall I have no hesitation recommending Create PCs.

Literally the most attentive customer service I've ever dealt with. There were a few hiccups with my custom build and I only half knew what I wanted. They provided expertise and guidance throughout the whole process and the entire team were extremely accomodating. Amazing service 10/10 definitely recommend I wanted to buy a new pc, so I had ordered all my parts and decided to look for a company that would just assemble the pc for me, I had found create pcs and spoke to Matt, he answered all my questions (no matter how stupid they were😂) with a quick response time and a in detailed formal email, I had then taken all the parts to the warehouse for it to be built on Monday, shortly on Thursday I have now received my pc and it was exactly how I wanted it, I told Matt some ideas I had about how I wanted the cables to be formatted and they were done to perfection, they also sent pictures of the pc during the building process which was amazing and I found no other pc building company did. My Custom Water Cooled PC I recently purchased a custom water cooled gaming PC from Create Pcs and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The customer service provided by Create Pcs was exemplary. Every question that I had was patiently answered and the website provided detailed and comprehensive information about the components that were being used in my build. The design process was extremely easy and the website was incredibly user-friendly. The water cooling system that Create Pcs included in my build was excellent. Excellent service - being willing to clone my existing boot drive was really important to me as I didn't want to have to re-install all my software. They were really accommodating and I was able to test the build before I took delivery.

I ordered a new custom desktop PC with Create PCs and the experience was great from start to end. First, their website is very complete and allows you to play with different configurations from the main manufacturers of components. Once I had an idea of what I wanted, Matt from the Sales Team was very helpful and proposed me a configuration that met my expectations / requirements, being very clear and answering to all my questions (I have an average IT knowledge). Once we agreed the final configuration, we scheduled the delivery to the date that better suited me as I was travelling. During the building process, they shared pictures of all the components and the final set up, together with performance testing. As a summary, I strongly recommend Create PCs as they sell top quality products combined with an amazing team with a deep knowledge and great customer support at all stages.

I had a unique situation in which it made it very difficult to contact me. Create PCs not only took this in to consideration, they ensured that i knew exactly what was happening with my build. They found that there were minor compatibility issues with some of the parts i had selected, and offered up advice freely on what parts could be used in there place. Furthermore, the overall experience was smooth and packaging when received was very well done, and upon seeing it, had no concerns as to its condition. Everything was secured, padded and all extra pieces used in the build were included in the box for future upgrades. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a PC custom built. When a customer finishes an experience with no negative comments, you know its good service.

Having built my own desktops in the past I was initally hesitant of a prebuilding service. I was initally going to go with one of the "bigger" companies as I was particularly hesitant of the amount of 5* star reviews Create Pcs has... No-one is that perfect right? but goodness I am glad I chose Creat Pcs I configured something on the available configuratror, which worked totally flawlessly. However, some parts weren't quite what I had in mind. So I phoned up and spoke to Matt. I notice that he has been mentioned in other reviews and I am absolutely not surprised as to why. Matt was so helpful and knowledegable. Honestly, I felt like I could have just told Matt a budget and he would get the very best system that allowed. Matt was able to just add on the bits I wanted, told me a new price over the phone, sent me a link to pay and that was it. After that I recieved updates along the way and pictures of the build process, which was greatly appreciated. They even delivered themselves for a small fee upon request. Even down to the smaller, tiny details like the ram running at the rated speed when I turned the system on, these things were all taken care of which, which I didn't necessarily expect. Overall, I really couldn't believe how easy the process was. Even when specing out your own parts and building it yourself, I found you're gonna struggle to match their price. Fantastic service at every single step. Constructive criticism is helpful for everyone but I really can't find a single thing I would improve! P.s - Whatever Matt is being paid is not enough, give this guy a raise.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The website is easy to use and makes tweaking your pre-configured PC choice very simple. Gave advice before I placed an order regarding my configuration choices. Email notifications at every step of the Process once your Order has been made and photographs of the build were provided. You can tell from the pictures that they know what they are doing and have pride in their work. I was even fortunate to receive a couple of free upgrades which came as a great surprise. I was looking for a hi spec PC for video editing. Matt was extremely helpful initially by phone and subsequent email queries. A competitive quote was provided promptly. At no time did I feel pressured. Once I decided to proceed, the PC was built, tested, packed and delivered in just a week and all worked seamlessly. Great job.

First class service from Matt who helped spec up our powerful new editing and motion graphics PC over the phone. Excellent communications with email updates at every stage and detailed build photos. We were able to collect the PC in person from their workshop within a few days - although free delivery was also an option. The PC is running brilliantly and is super-fast. From the very beginning Create PCs has been so helpful, they listened to what I was after they built me an absolute beast of a set up that’s also aesthetically pleasing as I do also stream as well as do game development. They answered all my questions start to finish, any concerns I had about potentially wanting to change a part were listened to. For context I use PCs a lot but I don’t understand all of the hardware and they answered all of my questions even probably some of my silly ones but they never made me feel stupid for asking them! There professionalism and friendliness has been the best of all PC building companies I’ve interacted with! Delivery as well was from them directly in their van which ensured safe delivery and it arrived perfectly no issues with any of it! This was some of the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I was a little hesitant to order from them at first, as they are not as big as some other PC websites. I had Create PCs build me a pretty high end gaming pc and was, if honest, a little apprehensive not using one of the larger PC building firms that perhaps you know a little more about. However other customers glowing reviews about this company, a clear and user friendly website with a helpful build configurator, and a couple of phone calls and e-mails regarding component/build choices with Matt very quickly put my mind at rest. The computer they have sent me is beyond anything I had imagined. The build quality and cable management are Off The Charts. The computer was very well protected within its own case box which was also in another larger one filled with bubble wrap and foam chips. What more can I say. I even had a reply to an e-mail at 11.30PM on a Sunday. The mainly NZXT build is now taking pride of place on my desk and so very quiet even with 7 fans going. I would 100% use this company again

Required a high spec super quiet gaming PC. Used their website which has a superbly laid out configurator and put together the build I wanted. Order placed and within 5 days it arrived. Great comms from the company during the build and during the testing. Really couldn’t be happier with Create PC. I would recommend them to all - far better than the bigger companies in this area. Great value, superb workmanship and a credit to the industry.

Bought a custom build pc around a year ago now had no problems, service was great and they really know what they're talking about!

So the time come for me to upgrade my PC (it had served me well for many years), this time I really wanted to go all out on a compact, high spec custom Gaming PC. After doing lots of searching around, I came across CREATE PC's who were local to me. Going through their positive reviews & seeing the builds they had created via their social media pages I was impressed. From the start, communication was just superb, they listened to what I wanted the PC for, how to look, and the budget I had in mind. They came back right away with few options & I knew I had defiantly made the right choice as it was spot on. I decided to go ahead, through the build process I was kept updated & even when I asked more questions on couple of things, they were explained nice & simple for me (I'm not too clued up on technical stuff). PC was built in no time & delivered personally by them to my front door in time for the Christmas break. I was blown away, it performs quality & looks exactly how I wanted it to. I would highly recommend Create PC's & I will defiantly be using in the future.

Thank you for my super new PC. Create PCs have made me a computer just as i wanted. We engaged in free and open dialogue and never felt pressured to add bits to what I was wanting unlike some companies. I have for my last two computers purchased from another retail company who will remain nameless and I can say that I have had great computers from them in the past. What I can say though is that the service product could not be matched by them and Create PCs defiantly took the lead. I was hesitant in using them, but, as a customer of theirs now I hope to remain so into the future. Customer care goes a long way and its small things like including cables for me to install my hard drive and the biggest surprise was the Haribo in the bits and pieces box as I call it. Definitely top quality building and customer care. Cable management was spot on and the stock is endless! Why pay more when you can be smart and pay less and no questioning the history of parts.

This site has to be the most underrated pc builder out there. I have used a lot of custom pc builders out there. But Shiv from creative pc takes the cake. He was awesome, starting from the great support in planning the build to regular updates, great build, nice cable management. Even sent me the pictures of all the stages of my build. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had no issues, they got in contact if there was ever a potential issue like power supply/case matching color, and even accounted for my notes I had put in to put cables aside for installing my own additional SSDs. The packaging used was extensive and more than sufficient. And to top it all off the device ran beautifully, no issues.

I'm not gonna lie, at first I was a bit scared to order online on a website that I haven't used before. I took the risk and it was well worth it. I ordered my PC with special instructions and a slightly tight schedule but they still made sure they deliver it on time. Customer service was top notch, responsive and very welcoming, suggested some options for me to get the most of what the hardware can offer. They sent me photos of the build process as well. Satisfied customer here and definitely will order again if I or a friend ever needed another build.

Very happy with the product and service received from Create PCs. I was planning on building the PC myself but with the competitive pricing together with helpful advice from Matt swayed my decision. I placed the order on the Monday and picked it up on the Friday (& standard build).

2 gaming PC's his and hers. The service received from start to finish was exemplary. We recieved constant relevant communication throughout the process. From the initial discussion regarding the build specs they were happy to walk through every detail and in our case even recommended a cheaper component that still met the overall requirements of the build. This showed that they are not fully profit orientated (obviously still need to make money as a business) but interested in satisfying customer requirements and providing value for money. Furthermore, when discussing the fast track option the team were honest and forth right in stating that based on work load they could not guarantee that they could meet that obligation and recommended that we should not select that option. However, after reviewing their work load at a later date they could guarantee the builds in that time frame and asked if we would like to pursue that option. Which we did. The build quality is excellent and we are very happy with our purchases.

I received excellent advice and support with my purchase from beginning to end. The customer service was very impressive - I know very little about PCs but Matt gave me superb advice throughout the process, my son is really very happy with his PC .

tldr; Great experience highly recommended, solid PC build. High end spec within my budget, silent and cooler than my previous build. Longer version. I want to start with saying I am autistic, I mention this because I love routine and worry or have anxiety a lot if things are outside of that routine. Having a PC is important to me and my wellbeing, it connects me to the world and my support/friends. So you will understand when I say getting a new PC and everything going well is stressful for me. I began the hunt for a place to order from, mostly had the big names in mind as I probably wouldn't have any issues sending stuff back. But I came across Create and really liked how their site was laid out. It also had a section for any custom work, such as running cables for an SSD. I sent an email to test the water and I was called by Shiv. From this call Shiv listened to my budget, it was quite high saving over a year, to what I need out of a PC, in particular listened to me mention being autistic and needing absolute reliability, and that I would stress and email/call a bit. The entire time from start to shipping Shiv spent time talking to me about my options, calming my nerves, sending me pics via dropbox of the build and telling me how the process would go. This helped a lot to ease some worries. Shiv went away, with the basic specs I gave him, came back with a parts list beyond what I imagined, kept it reasonably around my budget and even twice upgraded my parts to new stock and higher end. Even got some stuff not listed on the site that was more towards what I wanted in my build, something I didn't expect. He gave me some ideas of what could be done for my P, far higher quality than I could have built myself. And I have always built my own to decent standard. Cables were managed perfectly, 10 fans and an LCD screen AIO, all synced to with the mobo and GPU. Extended sleeved cables making this look like some pro YouTuber build, cables run to the SSD mount so all I had to do was unpack, plug in, then hit power. The wait was a little longer as I ended up with an entirely bespoke system rather than off the shelf (10 fans for example) but all along the way Shiv was available when possible and sent update picstures. Day before shipping, Shiv called, went through the stress test pics such as temperatures etc, told me all the system tweaks such as fan curves and power modes and asked if there was any more he could get done, then ran me through how the system is packaged and best way to unpack it as it was the size of a crate ariving. Since it got here, I have had one minor software problem related more to the mobo brand than Create, Shiv helped Friday evening before leaving, but I got it fixed. Having had the system a few days its been great. I obviously can't comment right now on long term reliability. But part of why I went Create especially after talking to Shiv, was the support and longer warranty. So any problems I can get someone to help out. Shiv since also checked in on me, knowing I was quite anxious about change to be sure I was ok, and if he could do anything else. I was worried about going with a company I simply saw in a Facebook ad. Not a giant in the industry as you hear horror stories of smaller companies dragging their heels on warranties. But Create were open and ready to act on any issues from start to finish. At one point in an update I noticed an issue with RGB fans, I was partially right, but Shiv sent a detailed email telling me exactly how it would all be worked, while costing me less, but he was also willing to go the route I suggested, which was more work for them. So I can recommend CreatePCS. Give them a budget and some ideas and let them build you a machine, they actually care about you getting something solid and may even surpass what you expected. If you decide its not for you, you don't lose anything reaching out. I think I will be upgrading this machine with them down the road also, kinda miss chatting to my dude Shiv!

Bought my PC from Create PCs last December as they were one of the few paces with the 30 series GPUs in stock at the time. Great ability to customise the rig on the website, as well as excellent support all their way through the build, including advice, photos as it was put together and the test results for the hardware performance. Delivery was exactly on time and personally delivered by someone from the company to ensure there were no courier delays due to the time of the year. I would definitely recommend.
