We loved putting together this new PC for our client Rob, who has just entered retirement and wanted something to enhance his iRacing Sim set up, from his old custom PC.
Rob is registered as sight-impaired, and because of this, he wanted to talk through the options with somebody on the phone.
He had already chosen all of his ideal components by being able to look at product lists, reviews and other builds, so when the time came, he wanted to discuss each component and ensure it was right for his needs.
What Rob found was that a large PC supplier that he had used before was unable to help him on the phone, so he searched for local companies and found us.
